The objective of the Centre is to provide trusted ICT services and digital business solutions to its Clients and Partner Organizations.
Background information:
The Cloud Identity & Access Management Consultant will contribute to delivering Identity and Access Management operations expertise within the Cloud Operations and Platform Service Unit (OPDA). The Cloud Identity team provides both project and ongoing services for UNICC and its client organizations.
Main duties and responsibilities:
The incumbent will report to the Cloud Identity and Access Management Technician (OPDA) and will work in close collaboration with the Cloud Operations and Platform Service Unit (OPDA) teams. The incumbent will undertake the following duties and deliverables:
- Support UNICC and UNICC’s Clients on the design, build, implementation, and delivery of scalable Identity solutions to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Identity synchronization, Single Sign-On, Federation and Privileged Identity Management
- Analyze, identify, and implement automation and optimization opportunities to enhance identity management
- Implement security best practices for identity management systems and federation services, ensuring least privilege access, security policies compliance, and robust identity-based vulnerability management
- Draft technical documentation on identity services, related procedures, and operations
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies, assessing their potential for adoption or integration
Recruitment Profile
Experience and Skills required:
Essential:
- Two (2) or more years of experience in Cloud-related solutions
- Strong experience with a broad range of identity technologies, including single sign- on, identity synchronization, directory services, MFA, federation and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Understanding of specific protocols like SAML & OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based identity solutions, such as Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure AD, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- Experience with Cloud-Based services (IaaS & PaaS) in public or private cloud providers
- Hands-on experience on scripting and programming (PowerShell scripting, C#, )
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Desirable:
- Customer facing experience
- Understanding of M365
- Previous exposure to service management methodologies (ITIL)
Education:
Essential:
- First level degree in Computer Science or related area
Desirable:
- Microsoft related certification(s)
- IDAM related certification(s)
- ITIL certification
Languages:
- English: Expert knowledge is required

Compensation:
Fee will be based either on the National Officer salary scales or the Individual Consultancy band levels (for Headquarters)
