Position Description

Background information:

UNICC is currently in need for a consultant that will provide a comprehensive and rapid access to qualified and skilled resources on the Digital Hub of Treasury Solutions (DHoTs) area.

Main duties and responsibilities:

The consultant will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Product Manager (DSDP), and in close collaboration with the Digital Hub of Treasury Solutions (DHoTs) team. The consultant shall ensure completion of the following deliverables:

  • In collaboration with the Product Manager, provide advisory on Trax software to all UN Agencies
  • Monitoring of all TRAX related activities, which include Payment factory, Statements, Messages, Dashboard, monitoring logs
  • Under guidance, oversee hange Management: Creation, modification analysis of Configurations (CEVs)
  • Requirement gathering for all Change Requests (CR)
  • Maintaining incidents and Change Requests in JIRA
  • Maintenance and creation of Static data
  • Bank relationship management, onboarding and coordination for the selected FSPs onboarding
  • Provide advice to other DHoTS team members for any Trax related issues.
  • Testing for any changes in TRAX
  • Under guidance, oversee maintenance activities (i.e. certification and patching activities)
  • Work on documentation of project configuration after go-live and maintaining it in central repository
  • Act as incident handler for DHoTS operations
  • Provide BaU support to clients in shifts across time zones
  • Provide extended Payroll Support during payroll cycle
  • Manage and maintain TSG
  • Run BaU process without client escalations
  • Follow UNICC security guidelines for managing TRAX
  • Involve in Testing and maintaining TRAX during Upgrades
  • Collaborate in the liaison with FIS and UN Agencies for requirement and changes (Infra, network, Database)

Recruitment Profile

Experience and Skills required:

Essential:

  • Five (5) years of experience in Treasury domain, including experience with the following items:
    • Treasury Management Systems (FIS TRAX, TRAX Quantum, SAP)
    • Payment type (domestic, cross-border, SEPA)
    • Overall Treasury concepts (cash management, IHC, FX, bank agreements, hedging)
    • Thorough knowledge of FIS Products-Trax, Quantum, Integrity) and its various modules
    • Upgrades and Testing for various clients for TMS
  • Intense customer focus and commitment to driving quality
  • Logical thinking, High analytical and problem-solving skills; innovative and solutions oriented

Education:

Essential:

  • First university degree in Finance or related area

Desirable:

  • Advanced university degree in Finance or related area

Languages:

  • English: Expert knowledge is required

Other Information

Compensation:

Fee will be based either on the National Officer salary scales or the Individual Consultancy band levels (for Headquarters)
